Blade Material: 3mm thick, high grade 5Cr13 stainless steel tool steel with a small angle cutting edge (ideal for tough materials). The handle is made of eco friendly PP material. Blade hardness: HRC 55° Cutting Performance: Sharp blade with a toothed (serrated) edge prevents slipping. The reinforced handle provides extra strong shearing force. Construction: Blades are made of 5Cr13 stainless steel. The locking catch, spring, and screws are all rust proof and non toxic. Single color handle with a lock catch function. (The rubber grip is single injection molded, and the handle is widened.) Applications: Suitable for cutting carpet, fabric, leather, plastic sheets, cardboard, as well as poultry, fish, and other food items. Can also cut thin iron sheets up to 0.3mm thick.
